BR - Connecticut

I agree with Rose diets seem to work for everyone but me. She seems so real and down to earth. It really is a life style change but it is hard to do.

Lauren - New York

Listening to other women talk about their stress helped me realize that behind every calm, cool and collected woman is a life filled with stress, no matter how much their lives appear easier from the outside. Stress can manifest itself in a hundred different ways, but we are not the only ones going though it. These women helped me see that waiting for my life to be as "easy" as someone else's is pretty pointless, because stress will always keep coming! But we can learn to live with it better.

Winn - Brooklyn

My birthday suit is the only thing in my wardrobe that is tailored to fit me perfectly, everything else is someone else's idea of fashion and beauty. Everyday I have to fight to be the woman I want to be because no one is standing on a street corner waiting to build me up.

Stephanie - New York

My motivation is driven by focusing on my dreams and having the confidence that I can achieve anything to which I put my mind. My goal: When I have successfully achieved the vision of my future.

Jennifer - Brooklyn, NY

10 years ago I was homeless, living on the streets of NYC. Today I own my own condo in Brooklyn. I have come a long way and will only continue looking forward, never forgetting the key lessons from the past. However, some things will never change for me- my independence and my instinct for survival. These are things I relish and will never give up!
