Founded in 2005 by executives in health and media, HealthiNation is the leading health, well-being and lifestyle management video network in the United States, and continues to fulfill its mission to educate and inspire consumers through video. HealthiNation’s short-form videos are originally produced by a world-class team of media professionals and producers with backgrounds from leading companies and media properties including NBC’s Today show, Reuters Health Information, Lifetime Medical Television, CNN, the History Channel and MSNBC. Kevin sits on the Boards of Ivy Asset Management (an investment firm with $15 billion under management), The University of Iowa Foundation (as well as its Investment Committee), and Spy Hop Productions (one of the country's leading youth media arts programs). Previous to his current board appointments, Kevin spent eight years at Bear Stearns & Company as Senior Managing Director (highest designation), Co-Head of the Media Research Team and Publishing/Information Analyst. Prior to Bear Stearns, he was a Managing Director (highest designation) and Publishing/Information Analyst at CS First Boston for 14 years. During his career, Kevin was named to Institutional Investor Magazine's All-America Research Team for 20 consecutive years, and in many of those years was ranked number one in his sector. Euromoney magazine named him among the top publishing analysts in the world. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and private equity. Kevin graduated with an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and earned a BBA (double major: Finance and Industrial Relations; minor: Political Science) from The University of Iowa. Richard Forman

Richard D. Forman is the managing member of Health Venture Group, LLC. He also serves as a board member of the New York Angels, a member led and managed investment group focused primarily on technology based ventures in the Northeast United States. Previously, Mr. Forman was President and CEO of Register.com, Inc. through June of 2003. During his tenure as CEO of Register.com, Inc., Mr. Forman led the Company through explosive growth. From August 1987 to October 1990, Mr. Forman was a consultant with Booz Alien & Hamilton, Inc., where he helped implement numerous business development and technology strategies. Mr. Forman is a 1987 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Management and Technology Program, and earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering. He also obtained a Masters Degree from New York University's Real Estate Institute in 1995. Currently, he sits on the Board of Overseers of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania and is the Chairman of the Dean’s New York Advisory Council.

Paul Kagan
Investor
Paul Kagan has devoted most of his business life to identifying and predicting trends in the electronic media industries, including cable and pay TV, broadcasting, motion pictures, telephone, home video, newspapers, advertising, the internet and consumer electronics. Prior to founding his current venture, PK Worldmedia, Inc., Paul successfully established Paul Kagan Associates, Inc. a venture that grew into five separate media entities and was sold to Primedia, Inc. in 2000. In his early career on Wall Street, Paul was the first analyst to publish valuations based on multiple of cash flow, now a widely used methodology today known as EBITDA. Prior to his experience on Wall Street, he was an executive with CBS Radio, WOR-FM and the Radio Advertising Bureau in New York City. Paul has frequently contributed to publications such as Barron’s and the Dow Jones financial weekly. He graduated from Hunter College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications.

Raj Amin
CEO & Co-Founder, HealthiNation
Raj Amin is a pioneer in digital interactive media, having played a leading role in creating many businesses that have allowed people to find video content in new ways. As the son of two physicians, he has long believed that consumerism has been missing from the world of medicine for a long time. Prior to founding HealthiNation, he was an original member of the executive team at N2 Broadband, a leader in the digital TV products, which was acquired in 2005 by Tandberg TV. There he forged the company's relationships with media companies including HBO, Showtime, Turner Networks, MTV Networks and Warner Bros Studios. He led the company's entry into the on-demand advertising space, launching its AdPoint™ advertising platform to Comcast and helping to create new standards for on-demand advertising across the cable industry. Prior to N2 Broadband, Raj led advertising product strategy for Replay TV, an early DVR pioneer based in Silicon Valley. Raj also managed new business initiatives in digital media at Scientific-Atlanta (now a Cisco company), having established interactive TV partnerships including Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM, and managed strategic initiatives for new consumer services such as video-on-demand and internet on TV.

He currently serves as a Board Member for Musicians On Call, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities around the country to promote and complement the healing process for patients, families and caregivers. He has been a Board Member for the Cable Television Association of Marketing’s New York Chapter, and was a steering member of the Innovations in Digital Advertising Program. He was also an investor in the broadway revival of A Raisin in the Sun, which won 3 Tony Awards. Raj received concurrent bachelor’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Management and Technology Program, through the Wharton School of Business and the Moore School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Tony Estrella
COO & Co-Founder, HealthiNation
Tony has a diverse healthcare background with experience in product marketing, management consulting, and venture capital. Prior to co-founding HealthiNation, Tony was a product manager at Pfizer, Inc, for a $1+ Billion drug where he developed product strategy and marketing initiatives. He is experienced in the strategic development and implementation of cross-functional marketing programs among patients, physicians, and managed care.

Tony's prior experiences include co-founding a medical device company focused on patent development, evaluating early-stage investment opportunities as a Summer Associate with TL Ventures, and is a former strategic and technical consulting manager with Accenture. Tony is an alumnus from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business (MBA), London Business School, and the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Science (Electrical Engineering).

Mark Koulogeorge
Investor, MK Capital
Mark is a Managing General Partner of MK Capital. He is also a General Partner of The Productivity Fund III and The Productivity Fund IV totaling over $175 million in committed capital. Mark is a General Partner of two other funds that are fully invested and represent over $170 million in committed capital. Prior to founding MK Capital, he served as a managing director of First Analysis Corporation, responsible for coordinating venture capital opportunities. Mark's areas of expertise include enterprise software, outsourcing and marketing services. As a former Executive Officer of Eagle Industries, a $1.5 billion Sam Zell company, he led the company through several merger and acquisition transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. Mark was also previously with Booz Allen & Hamilton. He is a graduate of Dartmouth and Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Kirk Wolfe

Kirk is a Principal at MK Capital. Prior to joining MK Capital, Kirk spent considerable time in management roles for leading technology companies. He most recently served as a regional executive at Ariba, Inc. - a global provider of Enterprise Spend Management solutions. As an early stage Ariba employee, Kirk was responsible for establishing and growing the field operations group. Before joining Ariba, Kirk led the construction of the first business-to-consumer online store at Motorola, Inc. Earlier in his career, Kirk worked at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) serving clients in the telecommunications sector. He currently sits on the boards of Multicast Media and HealthiNation. Channing Dawson
Advisor
Channing Dawson has been a visionary pioneer for Scripps Networks since its inception. He was part of the founding executive team for both HGTV and DIY Network; developed one of the very first media call centers, HGTV Viewer Services; conceived HGTV Ideas magazine which has evolved into an e-newsletter with more than 3 million subscribers; created the company’s first broadband channels; and launched Scripps Networks On Demand, one of the most widely distributed video on-demand programs in the country. In 2006 Dawson was recognized with a Rainmaker award from CTAM for his contributions to the advancement of the on-demand platform. In 2005 he received an Advanced Media Technology Emmy, and currently sits on the board of governors for that award. Prior to joining Scripps, Dawson served as director of marketing and communications for American HomeStyle, editorial director of Home Magazine, editor-in-chief of The Practical Homeowner, and assistant editor of Sunset.

Ken Yagoda
Advisor
Ken Yagoda is Vice President and Executive Producer for Time Inc. Studios. Ken began his career in broadcasting at Young & Rubicam after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin. At Y&R, he served as Director of Broadcast Productions from 1997 until he left in 2005. Ken has been the recipients of numerous awards including Andys, Clios, Lions, and Effies, and has also produced many public service spots for UNCF, Teach for America, A Better Chance, The World War II Memorial Fund, and NYC 2012. In addition to Bronx Charter School for the Arts, Ken was on the New York Board of Teach for America which he chaired from 2004-2006 and the Advisory Board of The Innocence Project where he helped launch the Innocence website. His wife, Toni, is a teacher at Saint Ann's school in Brooklyn, and they have two sons.
