Rinse off chicken and cut into 1-inch strips
In one bowl, mix together almond flour, sea salt
In another bowl, whisk eggs
Dip chicken strip into egg mixture and shake so the excess egg drops off
Dip chicken strip into almond mixture and make sure all sides are coated well
Repeat dipping in egg mixture then into almond mixture.
Heat coconut oil on sauté pan to medium heat
“Fry” each side until crispy (about 7 minutes per side)
