½ ripe avocado
¼ cup raw cashews
2 dates, pitted
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp chopped pecans
1 lime, juiced
½ lime, zest
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
pinch sea salt
Mix avocado, almond milk, raw cashews, vanilla extract, dates, limes, lime zest and sea salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
After that, add a handful of ice to cool the smoothie down and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth again.
Lastly, pour the smoothie into a cup. If desired, add pecans on top of the smoothie for décor and crunch.
