Cook your spaghetti in a pot of boiling water.
While your spaghetti is cooking, in a sauté pan, cook some onions with 1 teaspoon of water, a 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
Once the onions are cooked and soft, add in your ground beef and the rest of the sea salt and pepper and let this cook for approximately 7 minutes until the meat turns from pink to brown.
Add the basil, parsley, kale, and mushrooms to your pan and cook this for 3-5 minutes.
Add in your tomato sauce and finally, stir it all up.
Once the pasta is done, just drain it, place it in a bowl, and add your bolognese mixture on top! Enjoy!
