New Year 2010 How are your New Year's resolutions holding up?

Studies show that fewer than half of those who make New Year's resolutions manage to keep them for as long as one month.

But that doesn't have to be the case!  Little steps can take you a long way on the path to success.

New Year's ResolutionsMake your New Year's Resolutions Stick!

We all have good intentions when it comes to New Year's resolutions, but how can we make sure we follow-through on those promises?

Here are some tips from Lifescript, the #1 website dedicated to women's health, to help you stay on track:

1) Make goals actionable: Figure out the actions you need to take to achieve your dream.

2) Keep your list small: If you focus on one or two goals, you're more likely to accomplish them.

3) Just show up: If you vow to walk through the gym doors three days a week, you'll probably end up on the treadmill.

4) What motivates you? Reminders of why your goal is important help keep you on track.

5) Visualize: When you visualize, your brain practices your action. See yourself eating better meals, exercising more or relaxing.
