18-39 years
· Check height/ weight every 2-3 years
· Screen for high blood pressure every 2-3 years
· Screen for diabetes in men at risk every 5 years
 
40-49 years
· All of the above, but more often.

50-59 years
· All of the above, but more often - PLUS
· Talk to your doctor about prostate cancer screening
· Screen for colorectal cancer every 5-10 years
 
60+ years
· All of the above, but more often - PLUS
· Get Pneumococcal vaccine every ten years
· Talk to your doctor about shingles (herpes zoster) vaccine
