Martini Healthy New Year's Cocktails

Ring in the New Year while gaining the health benefits of pomegranate and cucumber with these fabulously tasty cocktails!

 

Pomegranate Cosmopolitan
Yields one serving - shaken, not stirred.

 

1 1/2 ounces each pomegranate juice and vodka

4 teaspoons lime juice

1 tablespoon Cointreau

1 1/2 teaspoons ginger juice

1/2 teaspoon sugar


 

The Cucumber Mint "HealthiTini"

yields one serving

 

2 slices of cucumber

2 mint sprigs

3 oz vodka

 

Muddle cucumber and mint with sugar, add vodka
