Place the arugula in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt. Place a serving of arugula on a plate. Compose your salad with a few slices of orange, a sprinkling of almonds, some date pieces, slices of Parmesan and a few pieces of mint. Repeat for the rest of the servings and enjoy!
