Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut brown rice tortilla in half and then into small triangles. Place on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and bake for 7 minutes or until crispy.
Rough chop the avocado and place in a larger bowl. Mash slightly. Fold in the tomato, diced onion, jalapenos and cilantro. Continue to mash to desired consistency using the pestle.
