Ingredients
  • 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons real maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon style mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Method
Combine garlic, mustard, vinegar, salt and maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl. Gradually whisk in olive oil. Makes 1/2 cup (about 8 servings)
