Ingredients
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp. cilantro
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed
  • 2 tbsp. shallot
  • ¼ cup lime juice
Method
Peel and prepare the mango with a chef’s knife, removing the pit, and slicing the mango into small pieces. Mince cilantro, jalapeno, shallot, and garlic. Combine in a bowl with mango, and toss with lime juice and salt. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes, or leave in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 4-6
