Mike Fenster, MD

Mike Fenster, MD, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist and chef. He serves as faculty at the University of Montana College of Health Professions and Biomedical Sciences as well as at the Missoula College Culinary Arts Program. He is the author of Eating Well, Living Better: The Grassroots Gourmet Guide to Good Health and Great Foodand Ancient Eats: Age-Old Wisdom for Modern Health.
