Getting older can be tough on your mind as well as your body but there are steps you can take to stay sharp as you age. Just like muscles, the mind also benefits from a good workout. Stay socially active: Go out and play cards, Scrabble, or Sudoku with friends or family. If you live by a local college, enroll in a class. Whatever activity you choose, make sure you have fun in the process because you only live once!
The key is to keep learning as you age, exercising your brain by reading, critical thinking and educating will work out your mind to keep you sharp!
