We have all heard that a glass of red wine a day is good for you. But is that true or just a hopeful myth to make us feel better? Looks like there is some truth behind it as drinking in moderation does have some health benefits such as lowering the risk of heart disease. Moderation is up to two drinks a day for men and one drink a day for women. Any more than this and you may run into health problems such as liver disease, depression and breast cancer for women.
