HealthiNation is looking for an assistant social media editor to help us innovate how we share content, and engage with and grow our audience across various social platforms. You will help establish/execute HealthiNation’s editorial voice and visual presence on social media. The ideal candidate will have social media experience, ideally at an editorial publisher, and will be slightly obsessive about using data to inform social media strategy. You will work closely with other members of our marketing/editorial/production teams to help ensure that overall video content strategy and social strategy inform each other.
HealthiNation seeks a creative, energetic, and experienced video producer with a proven track record creating best-in-breed health content. Candidate will be skilled in all aspects of video production, including scripting, casting, shooting, post-production, managing budget, etc. Candidate has experience interviewing doctors and other medical experts and scripting medical content for a consumer-facing audience.
The candidate will work closely with our editorial, marketing, and sales teams to script and produce videos that provide health information and inspiration in various creative formats, including advice from doctors, real-people/patient stories, and healthy lifestyle tips.
The candidate should have a clear understanding of how people consume video in today’s rapidly changing digital environment. The candidate will be an excellent storyteller and technical leader.
