Healthy BBQ: Burgers & Dogs

Part of the fun of going to a barbeque is eating hamburgers and hot dogs. Unfortunately, these foods aren’t exactly healthy. In fact, a cheeseburger contains around 660 calories and more than 30 grams of fat while a hot dog has 330 calories and 18 grams of fat. But fear not, there is some hope. In this video, Chris Leahy from New York City’s BLT Prime shows how to make some healthy alternative like a BBQ Greek Burger and a chicken sausage with spicy yogurt sauce. Lose the calories, not the taste!
