Healthy BBQ: Desserts Recipe.

Difficulty: Easy

  • 1 pound watermelon, grilled and diced thickly
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons chopped mint
  • 2 peaches, quartered and grilled
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Serves 4
