Everyone has a great recipe for potato or macaroni salad. While they no doubt taste great, these salads contains loads of fat and calories. In this video, Chris Leahy from New York City’s BLT Prime demonstrates how to substitute low-fat sides instead. Leahy recommends making smashed fingerling potatoes and a grilled radicchio salad.
