Blood Sugar and Exercise

Working out is especially important for people with diabetes. Studies have shown regular exercise can lower blood sugar, help maintain a healthy body weight and reduce long-term risks. However, exercise can also brings dangers such as low blood sugar, or hypoglycemia.
