Take the new fruit challenge

Fruit doesn’t just satisfy a sweet tooth, it also contains lots of nutrients. Apples contain fiber and help aid in digestion. Oranges are known for vitamin c but also have a good deal of fiber in them. And we all know bananas are filled with potassium. But there are lots of fruits out there. Take the fruit challenge and try a new fruit every week. Use your senses to smell, touch and examine to make sure the fruit is ready to eat. Not only will you learn a lot, but you will be eating a healthy, tasty new snack!
