Some of the most important choices we make on a daily basis are the foods we decide to eat. In this video, registered dietician Keri Glassman explains why a Mediterranean Diet is great for your body. When in doubt, follow the guidelines of filling half of your plate with fruits and veggies, a quarter with whole grains, and a quarter with protein.
