Probiotics and Your Diet

Probiotics are naturally found in your body. You can also find them in some foods and supplements. Many types of bacteria are classified as probiotics. They all have different benefits, but most come from two groups. Ask your doctor about which might best help you. 

Dr. Preeti Parikh joins the host of Gluten Free Tasty, Jenne, to give advice on where probiotics are found and the benefits they may bring to your body. They are promoted to improve digestion, strengthen immunity, help in weight loss and even protect against periodontal disease, among other proposed benefits, as well as for general health.
