Outlast a Food Craving

We often think we are hungry due to stress, boredom or the fact that we know junk food is around. A good way to put the brakes on these cravings and to prevent mindless eating is to go for a walk, make a phone call or sip hot tea. All you need is 10 minutes to distract yourself and these diet-wrecking cravings will likely be eliminated for good.
