Despite what your mother taught you growing up, eating three big meals is not ideal for our bodies. When you eat a big meal, your body cannot use all the calories ingested and they turn to fat. That is why grazing is becoming more and more popular. Grazing means eating smaller meals, more often. This limits what your body will store as fat and you won’t be so hungry that you overeat at dinner.
