How To Stay Healthy While Dining Out

Is it possible to eat at a restaurant and keep things relatively healthy? It sure is! A couple of tips: Skip the bread basket and instead fill up on salad. People who start with a salad usually eat 10% fewer calories over the course of the meal. When ordering a main course, look for words like steamed, broiled or baked. And finally, don’t skip dessert. Instead, share with friends!
