There are lots of sandwiches you can make for a healthy lunchtime staple. Use whole wheat or whole grain bread. Choose a lean meat like turkey or chicken. If you’re using fish, make sure you grill it. Use a darker leafy lettuce and a bell pepper for the topper. Not only is this sandwich healthy but also it tastes great!
