Toned arms and sculpted abs are at the top of everyone’s fitness goals list. Brace yourself, because Holly Rilinger has a workout that will attack your arms and abs!
For this routine you’ll be using a light set of dumbbells. If you don’t have dumbbells don’t worry! This entire workout can still be done using just your body weight. There are no crunches in this 12 minute workout – but each move requires balance, which means your abs are definitely going to be working hard. Throughout this abs and arms attack, you will rotate between strength and cardio moves. You’ll do each strength move for one minute, working each side for 30 seconds. Then you’re going to do 30 seconds of a cardio move. Finally, all moves in the workout will be repeated for two rounds total. During the workout make sure watch the flow of your breath and focus on proper form to reap the full benefits on your workout.
