In episode 26 of Tryout Workout, Desi is joined by Heather who explains how to work out your whole body while suspended in the air.Aerial Silk exercises create integrated body strength and some of the benefits include strong arms, back, butt and abs.

This workout begins with a ground warm up that is focused on abs and upper body. This warm up is followed by the building blocks of climbing. This includes going upside down, and even spinning at the end. You do not need to have upper body strength to try this type of exercise out.
