Although boxing workouts can be cruel and intense, the risk is worth the reward. You’ve got to give it your all in this full body routine. You’ll begin with a 1 minute warm-up, then perform each move is 30 seconds; make sure to watch your breath and conserve energy for round 2. This workout combines strength, power, speed, agility and quickness all into one to ensure you’re a well-balanced fighter.
