Holly Rilinger’s new Fat Burning Interval workout will be a little different from the rest of this workout series. This time, you’ll be counting the seconds for each move rather than the minutes, meaning they’re a little bit more intense. Holly’s going to show you five moves, and you’ll be doing each of the five moves for 20 seconds, then all five moves for 40 seconds, and then finally you’ll do one final round of each move for 60 seconds. This is a great interval workout for some quick fat burning and cardio!
