Work your butt off with our favorite Trainer Holly Riliger in the greatest booty workout. In this workout, you’ll work your glutes unilaterally. Any time you work one side of your body, you are thrown off balance, and your core stabilizes by activating. That means you will fire up your core along with your booty! Each move in this booty workout will be done for one minute. You’ll first do 30 seconds of the move on the left, and then switch for the remaining 30 seconds on the right side. Get ready, because right at the end of this workout, Holly will take you through a 30 second boost of cardio. You’ll work through 6 different moves, then repeat for a second round.
