To lose fat and not muscle which is the goal in healthy weight loss you need to have an efficient metabolism. These fast and full-body moves are guaranteed to skyrocket your metabolism. For this workout, you’ll be doing each move for 20 seconds followed by a recovery of 20 seconds. You’re going to complete this full circuit three times. Try to go as hard as possible for those 20 seconds. Make each second count!
