Pure Barre at Home

Pure Barre is a ballet inspired fitness program.  It isolates your muscles and stretches them out in slow motions.

In episode 16 of Tryout Workout, Instructor Caitlin explains how Pure Barre is a great exercise to do while pregnant because it is very low impact. She then shows Desi some tips on how to do Pure Barre at home.
