Put down the supplements! Here are some healthy pre and post workout snacks to help get the most out of your workout. 

In this Kickstart Workouts tip, certified personal trainer Holly Rilinger gives her favorite snack ideas for what to eat before and after you exercise. Apple slices with peanut butter, a banana with almond butter, or Greek Yogurt with almonds are all excellent snack ideas before you workout. Smoothies can be a great idea to refuel after you exercise, but be sure to keep the sugar low.
