In this episode of Food Rescue, nutritionist Amy Hendel visits Saya’s home to discuss her eating habits. Saya is originally from Japan and has been living in New York for five years. Her parents made her promise that she would eat 30 different ingredients a day. Amy applauds the effort but notes that this may be difficult. She suggests eating salad on a regular basis; not only does it hydrate you but you can consume 7-8 ingredients at once. Whatever you’re eating, moderation is key.
