One of the best exercises in your weight loss plan is keeping a journal. Learn how to do so in order to keep yourself accountable.

Documentation helps us stay organized with work, exercise, and most importantly our diets. In this episode of  “Better You”, Dr. Preeti Parikh discusses the importance of a food diary as a part of your weight loss journey.

Dr. Parikh talks about how accountability is a key during the weight loss process. Keeping a journal can help you identify exactly what you're eating, when you're eating, and what areas you can improve on. Including as many details as possible will help you track your progress with confidence, as well as allow you to make any adjustments that you may need.
