This recipe has many diverse ingredients but the most important one is quinoa! Quinoa is a gluten free grain that is high in protein and contains more fiber than other grains. Along with this gluten free grain are cherry's and tomatoes to add so valuable nutritious fruits to your meal, and to top it off sausage is added just to infuse that last kick in flavor for your taste buds to enjoy.
