Did You Know?: Thanksgiving Calories

Thanksgiving is a time of year where we get together with family and eat some of our favorite foods. But did you know, the average Thanksgiving dinner can add up to 4,500 calories and 229 grams of fat? That’s more than twice the amount of the recommended daily calorie intake. In fact, you would have to run two full marathons just to work off all those calories. So next Thanksgiving, enjoy the great food but try to limit your portions!
