It seems every week a new study is being release saying what you can or cannot eat and fish is always on that list.
So, is fish healthy? In short, yes! Fishis an important source of Omega-3 fatty acids like DHA and EPA. Because of mercury and other concerns, young children, and pregnant women should stay away from fish for the most part. For everyone else though, eating fish is recommended two times a week.
