Tea not only tastes good, but it is good for your body. There are four types of tea, with black tea being the most popular.

Tea not only tastes good, but it is good for your waistline and your heart. Black, green, white and oolong teas all come from the same plant and are determined by their oxidation levels. While black tea has the most caffeine of the bunch, it is still half of the amount you would consume with a cup of coffee. Antioxidants are also in tea, which makes calorie free drink even better.
