- 1 pound watermelon, grilled and diced thickly
- 2 peaches, quartered and grilled
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chopped mint
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
InstructionsCombine all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Serves 4
