For many people, desserts are the best part of eating. Unfortunately they contain lots of fat and tons of sugar. In this video, Chris Leahy from New York City’s BLT Prime demonstrates how to make a healthy alternative those cupcakes and cookies.
1 pound watermelon, grilled and diced thickly
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons chopped mint
2 peaches, quartered and grilled
1/2 cup blackberries
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
