Rather than a knife, you’ll be using a spoon to peel the ginger root, so you won’t need to worry about any cuts. First, break off a piece of the ginger root. Then, using the spoon, all you have to do is scrape a piece of ginger back towards yourself (start from the top of the piece) and the skin comes right off! You may have to cut off some of the little nobs but for the rest of it, you can easily just peel it with your spoon. You can now enjoy a hint of ginger in your meals without it being as much of a hassle to prepare!
