One method is to roast the whole bulb at the same time. This involves cutting off the top to expose the inner cloves, then placing the bulb in some tin foil and drizzling some olive oil on top. Then wrap and stick in the oven for about 30 minutes. Then, you’ll have perfectly roasted garlic to enjoy!
