Smoothies: Kid Friendly

It’s no secret that kids are picky eaters. Smoothies are a great way to get a tasty, nutrient rich meal in to their system before they head off to school.

In this video, Nutritionist Amy Hendel demonstrates how to make a smoothie recipe that will have your kid loving the taste and you loving the ingredients. All you need is light chocolate soy milk, creamy natural peanut butter and a large frozen banana. Bananas are a great source of energy and the chocolate soy milk and peanut butter dish out amazing flavor. No need to force fruit and veggies down your kid’s mouth anymore with this sweet and healthy kid friendly smoothie!
