In this video, Registered Dietitian Sheila Kelly gives some helpful tips on healthy snacks. Her advice? Skip the chips! While they are tasty, they are also fried and loaded with fat. Instead try pretzels. Popcorn is easy but make sure you get the kind that is low in calories and steer clear of those tubs sold at the movies. When in doubt grab an apple, orange or pear. They are high in vitamins and will keep you full until dinner!
