What's For Lunch? Giant Sandwich?!

In this episode of ‘What’s for Lunch?!’ nutritionist Amy sits in the park with a New Yorker eating a jumbo sandwich. She cautions that even though a sandwich may have healthy aspects to it, overindulging in things like hummus or avocado can be a detriment to your health. Be careful of drinking calories as well; instead of a sugary latte from Starbucks, substitute with regular water. This will keep your calorie count lower and your blood sugar from spiking.
