In this episode of ‘What’s for Lunch?!’ nutritionist Amy sits in the park with a New Yorker eating a gyro. While there are some veggies in his sandwich, Amy says it is important to be careful of the amount of meat consumed due to all the saturated fat. While drinking a sugary drink like lemonade or iced team may seem refreshing, switch it out with regular water instead. This will prevent your blood sugar from crashing later in the day.

- 00:35 >> Yes, I do see greens.
- 00:36 >> With corn.

- 01:31 >> Okay. >> As a snack later.
- 01:33 >> Okay. >> Cuz something tells me at some point,

- 01:53 But the next time.
- 01:54 >> I'm not really sure I can any more.
- 01:55 >> [LAUGH] >> To be honest.
