In this video, Dr. John Brummer shares some of his top-secret tips on how to keep your feet feeling good all day long. For women, Dr. Brummer encourages wearing heels no bigger than two inches. Even with smaller heels, it is important to alternate to comfortable shoes frequently. Dr. Brummer also discusses the proper way to buy shoes and explains exercises that will keep your feet loose during the day. Remember, a little discomfort is normal from time to time but if you have intense pain, call a doctor!
